Please support AFA and book directly with FENCETECH® contracted hotels.  FENCTECH/DECKTECH do not enlist the service of ANY housing provider.  We have two hotels in our block for 2012, the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay (HOST) and  the Royal Palm Hotel.  Last year you may have been contacted by an unauthorized hotel/housing provider claiming to service FENCETECH.   BEWARE: they use words like “FENCETECH® exhibitors” or “fence show”.  Please note, because these association housing “poachers” are unable to provide FENCETECH® attendees and exhibitors with truthful information, staff works to prevent the unauthorized contact of FENCETECH® customers, members as well as the inappropriate use of exhibitor names and the FENCETECH® name.    Please be assured that AFA is committed to providing you quality services to make FENCETECH® experiences positive, and we will strongly pursue these organizations to prevent unauthorized contact.  Please report any such contact to AFA headquarters at  800-822-4342  and ask for Maria Prior.
