FENCETECH'11 HOUSING
The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino (host), the Luxor Hotel & Casino, and the Excalibur Hotel and Casino are the contracted hotels for FENCETECH’11! Support the American Fence Association and book your reservations with one of these conveniently located hotels. Online reservation links and contact information will be posted soon.
Attention: No shuttle service will be provided between the hotels as all of the contracted hotels are connected via monorail train.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Beware of Unauthorized Housing Providers
Please support AFA and book directly with FENCETECH® contracted hotels. FENCTECH/DECKTECH do not enlist the service of ANY housing provider. We have three hotels in our block for 2011, the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino (host), the Luxor Hotel & Casino, and the Excalibur Hotel and Casino. Last year you may have been contacted by an unauthorized hotel/housing provider claiming to service FENCETECH. BEWARE: they use words like “FENCETECH® exhibitors” or “fence show”. Please note, because these association housing “poachers” are unable to provide FENCETECH® attendees and exhibitors with truthful information, staff works to prevent the unauthorized contact of FENCETECH® customers, members as well as the inappropriate use of exhibitor names and the FENCETECH® name.
Please be assured that AFA is committed to providing you quality services to make FENCETECH® experiences positive, and we will strongly pursue these organizations to prevent unauthorized contact. Please report any such contact to AFA headquarters at 800-822-4342 and ask for Maria Prior.

Excalibur Hotel and Casino

The Excalibur, named for the mythical sword of King Arthur, uses the Arthurian theme in several ways.
