Types of Gates

Swing Gates

Swing gates are available in double or single drive applications, but double swing gates require two gate operators, one for each side, which can be more costly than a cantilever or rolling gate.

Rolling Gates

Rolling gates are generally found in the southern United States, and use wheels to support their weight on a V-track embedded in the driveway.

Cantilever Gates

Cantilever gates use a counter-balance load bearing design to support the entire weight of the gate as it reaches across the entryway. This keeps the end up off the ground so that it can better penetrate accumulated snow.
