Event Status Update and Your FAQs Answered

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we know that you have lots of questions regarding FENCETECH 2021. Recently, our staff traveled to Nashville where they met with the convention center, hotels and event locations to discuss logistics and safety protocols. As of now, FENCETECH 2021 will move forward with an in-person event. Below we have provided answers to frequently asked questions that we have received from exhibitors. Is the show still moving forward?
Yes, the FENCETECH/METALfab in-person show is still moving forward.

When would FENCETECH or METALfab decide to cancel the event?
At this time, the only way the show will be cancelled is if the city of Nashville is unable to host us.

What will happen if my state will not allow me to travel to the show or if the show does get cancelled?
You will receive 100% refund.

I have to order items for my booth. If we aren’t able to attend or the show is cancelled, what will happen?
We’ve included a brief outline of the cancellation policy from Freeman.

What are the current safety protocols in place at the convention center?
After visiting with the Music City Convention center, the following safety protocols are in place:

  • Temperature checks will be required upon entering the convention center
  • Face masks are required upon entering the convention center
  • Social distancing protocols will be in place and all attendees and exhibitors are expected to adhere
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the convention center

$23 per square foot (AFA Members)
$26 per square foot (AFA Non-members)

Setup Hours:
Monday, February 22: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Platinum/Gold/Silver Sponsors Only)
Tuesday, February 23: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (All exhibitors)
Wednesday, February 24: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Final setup within booth space only)
