Gate Automation Designer School

Gate Automation Designer School (GADS) formerly known as Automated Gate Systems Designer School (AGSD) will now be offered at FENCETECH 2020 in Salt Lake City.

Automated gates are a popular form of convenience and security for homeowners, businesses and property managers throughout the United States. Especially today, with an elevated concern for safety and security, many seek the added protection of limiting access to property while enabling residents, employee and other authorized individuals to easily enter and leave the property without delay.

This school is for individuals who design automated vehicular gate systems for either residential or commercial customers. It is also recommended for sales professionals in the automated gate industry.

Anyone who designs automated vehicular gates is encouraged to attend this two-day school, which covers:

  • UL 325 for automated gate systems

  • Types of Gates
  • Types of Gate Operators
  • Introduction to Electrical Wiring
  • Access Control Devices
  • Vehicular Detection Systems
  • Failure Options
