Two (2) booth personnel show badges per 10' x 10' booth space. Additional personnel badges can be purchased for $50 per person.
Online Exhibitor Services Manual.
Your exhibit space rental does NOT include:
Floor covering. Booth carpet or other appropriate floor covering is required for all exhibits. You may bring your own floor covering with you, or you may rent it from our general services contractor, The Expo Group (TEG). Please note that the Exhibitor Services Manual will be released in late September. All exhibitors will receive an email with the information and it will also be posted on the Already Exhibiting page.
Exhibitor Insurance. All exhibitors are required to have general liability insurance coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you do not have this coverage, we have negotiated a $84 rate from our insurance partner, Rain Protection Insurance Solutions.
Electrical outlets or access to electricity. This may be ordered through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Material handling/Freight delivery. You can work directly with TEG on this.
Booth cleaning. TEG provides aisle cleaning each night and once before the show opens. If you would like to purchase cleaning for within your booth, please order this through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Lead retrieval services. ATS is the official provider of lead retrieval services, and you can order this through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
All attendees who will be on-site must be registered and badged. Exhibitors receive two complimentary booth registrants per 100 square feet of space. Our registration company, American Tradeshow Services (ATS), sends out customized emails to exhibitors with links and passwords.
The AFA secures an official block of reduced rate rooms to make your trip to Nashville more affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibitors receive access to the link to our hotels during the registration process.
