Exhibitor Services Manual

This year, we have contracted with a new general services contractor; The Expo Group. This company is focused on providing exemplary customer service to FENCETECH's exhibitors and we are very much looking forward to an excellent working relationship with them.

The Exhibitor Services Manual is scheduled to be released in conjunction with Registration & Housing in late September. You will be notified on the Website and by e-mail when is it released.

 

Registration & Housing

The American Fence Association secures an official block of reduced rate rooms to make your trip to Nashville more affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be available in late September, in conjunction with the opening of registration. You will receive an email notificiation from American Tradeshow Services (ATS) with a link and password as soon as registration opens. Once you register someone on your team, you will receive a link to the housing block.

Insurance

Insurance is Required for ALL Exhibitors

All exhibitors are required to have general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event (January 22-26, 2024), naming the American Fence Association (3751 Main St., Suite 600 #373, The Colony, TX 75056) as the certificate holder and as additional insured.
