AFA is excited to announce a special one-day intro class to Fence Contractor Business School (FCBS), held as part of the 2021 Fall Fence Forum in Worthington, IN. This course will offer high-level information about how to run a successful fence contracting company that covers marketing, advertising and sales, estimating and bidding, insurance and legal issues, accounting and corporate structure, OSHA compliance and safety managemetn, and UL 325 and ASTM F2200.
All attendees will receive the FCBS business manual onsite.
Please note this class is an introduction to the course material covered in the full weeklong FCBS, so it will not cover all material in the book. It is meant to provide basic knowledge and an overview of what is taught in detail in the full course.
