Cancellation Message
Hope everyone is safe and healthy, as you know our FALL meeting is coming in a couple weeks, after having a couple conference call with my officers and getting few phone calls from members, and big suppliers that support our chapter ( some comparations prohibited their employees to gather with more that 10 people) worrying about gathering due to the new wave of COVID, l have to make a very hard decision to CANCELL our fall meeting with the support of my officers and couple pass presidents, its just not safe to meet at this time, and take the chance to have a breakout on our chapter by getting together.
It was a very tough decision and took me couple days to think about this, but l think is the right decision, l hope everyone understand this and support me and our officers with this.
- for those who book your rooms at the hotel please call and cancel your reservations as soon as possible
- for those who bought tickets for dinner and the boat ride we will refund your money by Monday no questions asked
- for those who sign for golf and sponsorships and send us a check or paid with cc we will return your checks or send you a credit for cc
l will send you an email by Monday to let you know when we will have our virtual meeting
