The course is designed for account administrators, installation partners, and property managers who are responsible for deploying Watchman, OmniPoint, Unify, and WXP devices. Learners will explore the end-to-end onboarding process—from data collection and group mapping, to user import and validation, to integration with property management systems (PMS). Additional emphasis is placed on the support structure offered by Gold Key Customer Support and the importance of accurate user data, structured onboarding workflows, and live administrator training sessions.

This course equips participants with the tools and knowledge needed to manage complex deployments with confidence and efficiency.
