- Fence Contractor Business School: This school consists of six individual courses covering the most critically important aspects of managing a fence contracting business, such as marketing & sales, estimating & bidding, Insurance & Legal Issues, and more!
- Fence Installation School: This week-long, intensive course includes classroom experience and hands-on installation training for the five fence disciplines or as a two-day school offering the same intensive training on specific disciplines in a shorter time period.
- Gate Automation Designer School: This program is a combination of lectures, presentations, and hands-on gate system layout activities covering a variety of important concepts. Individuals and companies considering expanding their business into gate automation can get a thorough overview of both system design and standards from this class.
- Gate Automation Installation School: Students of this course are provided a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training in order to complete this school with the knowledge and capability to install a variety of types of gates. It is recognized as the premier school for training individuals to safely and professionally install automated vehicular gate operators.
- Operations Manager School: Operations Manager School is a comprehensive training program designed to equip attendants with essential skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Participants of this school will gain insights into leadership, project management, customer relationship management, and more, tailored specifically for fence company operations.
- Sales Training School: AFA’s Sales Training School (STS) is a two-day program that builds on the fundamentals of the buying and selling process. Salespeople will learn how to identify sales opportunities, develop effective listening and communication skills, and how to close sales by using product features and benefits.
