Introducing the AFA Industry Supplier Council​

The Industry Supplier Council is a select group of respected AFA & FENCETECH suppliers who serve in an advisory role to enhance exhibits, sponsorships, and marketing opportunities for industry vendors. Working closely with AFA’s Director of Exhibits & Sponsorships, council members evaluate the marketing needs of AFA vendors and provide key recommendations to:​

Council Structure & Meetings​

The Industry Supplier Council meets two to three times per year, with a combination of virtual and in-person meetings. One in-person meeting is held at the Mid-Year Meeting in July, coinciding with the FENCETECH site visit, allowing members to explore the venue and city for better event planning.​

The council's role is advisory in nature—while recommendations are highly valued, they serve as guidance for AFA staff in refining programs and initiatives. Council feedback is combined with general exhibitor post-show survey responses to ensure a comprehensive understanding of vendor needs.​
