What's Included With Booth Rental?
FENCETECH exhibit space rental includes:
Company ID sign with company names and booth number (for in-line/non-island booths)
8' high draped back wall (for in-line/non-island booths)
3' high draped side rails (for non-corner in-line/non-island booths)
Company and Product Listing on the FENCETECH 2024 online floor plan and exhibitor directory
Two (2) booth personnel show badges per 10'x10' booth space. Additional personnel badges can be purchased for $25 per person.
Online Exhibitor Services Manual (scheduled to be released in late August 2024)
FENCETECH exhibit space rental does NOT include:
Floor covering. Booth carpet or other appropriate floor covering is required for all exhibits. You may bring your own floor covering with you, or you may rent it from our general services contractor, The Expo Group.
Exhibitor Insurance. All exhibitors are required to have general liability insurance coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you do not have this coverage, we have negotiated a good rate from our insurance partner, Rain Protection Insurance Solutions.
Electrical outlets or access to electricity. This may be ordered through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Material handling/Freight delivery. You can work directly with The Expo Group on this.
Booth cleaning. The Expo Group provides aisle cleaning each night and once before the show opens. If you would like to purchase cleaning for within your booth space, please order this through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Lead retrieval services. ATS is the official provider of lead retrieval services. You can order this through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Exhibitor Services Manual
We have contracted with The Expo Group as our general services contractor. This company is focused on providing exemplary customer service to FENCETECH's exhibitors, and we are very much looking forward to an excellent working relationship with them.
The Exhibitor Services Manual is scheduled to be released in conjunction with Registration & Housing in September. You will be notified on the Website and by email when it is released.
Registration & Housing
The American Fence Association secures an official block of reduced-rate rooms to make your trip to Indianapolis more affordable. Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available in September, in conjunction with the opening of registration. You will receive an email notification from American Tradeshow Services (ATS) with a link and password as soon as registration opens. Once you register someone on your team, you will receive a link to the housing block.
Insurance
Insurance is required for ALL exhibitors.
All exhibitors are required to have general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event (January 22-26, 2024), naming the American Fence Association (3751 Main St., Suite 600 #373, The Colony, TX 75056) as the certificate holder and as additional insured.
