FENCETECH 2025 is the annual convention & trade show of the American Fence Association. It is the premier annual trade event for manufacturers and suppliers to the fence, gate and perimeter security industries and typically draws over 4,000 professionals to one place. FENCETECH provides its attendees with unparalleled educational, networking and business opportunities, and allows them to make connections that will last a lifetime.

We have completed the priority space selection process for those companies who exhibited in FENCETECH 2024 and are now open to all companies in the industry. To apply for exhibit space at FENCETECH 2025, visit the Exhibitor Portal. You can also view the live FENCETECH 2025 floor plan here.
PRICING: Pricing for exhibit space and premier level sponsorships (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) has not changed from last year and is as follows:
Member Rate: $28 per square foot ($2,800 per 10'x10')
Non-Member Rate: $36 per square foot ($3,600 per 10'x10')

GAIN ADDITIONAL VISIBILITY: To increase your visibility, you can review available sponsorship options in the FENCETECH 2025 Sponsorship Brochure. You can select sponsorship options within the exhibitor portal.
BOOTH SERVICES: The Exhibitor Services Manual is scheduled to be released in late September of this year. This is where you will find forms & links for ordering carpeting, furniture, material handling, lead retrieval devices, booth catering, etc.
HOUSING & REGISTRATION: Housing and Registration is scheduled to open on October 15. The AFA does not hire third-party housing companies and you will not receive phone or email solicitations to book your rooms.
WHAT IS AND WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOTH RENTAL
Following are the items that your exhibit space rental includes:
Company ID sign with company name and booth number (for in-line/non-island booths)
8' high black draped back wall (for in-line/non-island booths)
3' high black draped side rails (for non-corner in-line/non-island booths)
Company and Product Listing on the FENCETECH 2025 online floor plan and exhibitor directory
Company and Product Listing within The Voice, the official print publication of FENCETECH 2025 (if completed by Friday, December 13)
Two (2) booth personnel show badges per 10' x 10' booth space. Additional personnel badges can be purchased for an additional fee.
Online Exhibitor Services Manual.
Your exhibit space rental does NOT include:
Floor covering. Booth carpet or other appropriate floor covering is required for all exhibits. You may bring your own floor covering with you, or you may rent it from our general services contractor, The Expo Group (TEG).
Exhibitor Insurance. All exhibitors are required to have general liability insurance coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. More information on how to purchase this will be sent at a later date.
Electrical outlets or access to electricity. This may be ordered through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Material handling/Freight delivery. You can work directly with TEG on this.
Booth cleaning. TEG provides aisle cleaning each night and once before the show opens. If you would like to purchase cleaning for within your booth, please order this through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Lead retrieval services. ATS is the official provider of lead retrieval services, and you will be able to order this through the Exhibitor Services Manual.
To apply for exhibit space at FENCETECH 2025, visit the Exhibitor Portal and then select "I Don't Have a Booking Code." You will then be able to select your space!
